Dear Sir,Madam I am writing to you regarding further information about your vacancy: as Security in Paris. My current role as Head of Security for Askham Family Centre at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF) involves clients as well as supervising other security staff. Clients can be challenging but ensuring they understand the reasons why they may be distressed. Communication is important in my current role as I have to ensure security staff understand their roles for every specific family which does differ, as the service revolves around child protection. I, at times resolve general queries that customers present that range from housing to benefits queries. Customer care Being a front line security member working for the LBHF means that I meet and greet customers who attend the council for differing reasons. Some arrive distressed so I am responsible to ensure they are in an appropriate state to meet staff i.e. calm. I have acquired skills to ensure that I present myself in a professional manner and adhere to the council’s policies and procedures.
