SUMMARY
I am creative, self-motivated, hard working, flexible and bilingual college student, ready to learn, grow and expand my experiences. I have excellent communication skills in both French and English.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Earned a swim and lifeguard instructor certificate from the Red Cross in 2007.
• I am hardworking and dedicated to any position relating to teaching children, water sports and being a swim instructor.
• I have been a swim instructor for several consecutive summer sessions at the Strawberry Canyon Recreation Center (SCRC) summer camp program.
• I taught beginners, intermediate and advanced swimmers ages 6 to 12.
• I have good communication, cooperation and “team spirit” skills as I worked with a team of swim instructors all summer, and understand the value of working together with others.
• I was also on the Berkeley High swim team for four years and co captain of the Berkeley High water polo team under coach Bill Gabler.
• I am currently studying at the University of British Columbia, getting my Bachelor of Arts, and planning on double majoring in Fine Arts as well as a Psychology.
